ABOUT RED CONCEPTS
Red Concepts Holding was founded in 2002 as a real estate developer and already for over 15 years Red Concepts is creating architectural and sustainable living and work spaces and buildings through innovative concepts and (building) processes.
Part of Red Concepts is the WeBuildhomes platform. WeBuildhomes is an unusual project developer who wants to make the Netherlands more beautiful. She does so by making architecture and freedom of choice accessible to all people and giving it a place in the ordinary street scene. WeBuildhomes has won several national and international awards for her innovative concept and is realizing WeBuildhomes houses, streets and city parts throughout the Netherlands.
The other platform of Red Concepts, FRAME is built on the same principles as her sister company WeBuildhomes. FRAME focuses on the development of residential apartment projects with disruptive production costs. This is achieved by using industrialized delivery systems such as modular and PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) in combination with supply chain standardization, innovation and high volume. Frame is active in Scandinavia under the name FRAME Scandic.
